So much for the return to regular blogging promised last week with the post for Clare’s Desktop Challenge and Cee’s Midweek Madness Challenge🙄 The current American Truck Sim challenge is taking time – partly because it’s holiday time for many and partly because some regulars are absent. I’m going to mention a Russian friend here – Vlad – we worked so hard together on past community events like operation Big Sur. Sadly he’s currently unwell (Cancer) and we really miss his involvement. However, the goal of 111 million km’s is nearly done and I expect it will complete over the weekend👍

I’m going with Orange for this CMMC and I’ll be cheeky to start because this is a screenshot from American Truck Sim but I’m sure Cee knows Schneider😅…

…Not a huge amount of Orange on that ad but there is a reason why truckers refer to orange traffic cones as Schneider Eggs🤣 This ad for Schneider is a recognition of how far the SCS Truck Sim games have gone towards reality – Schneider have recognised that there is an untapped pool of potential employees out there and have taken the bold step of agreeing to in-game advertising. They are not alone – Kenworth have also joined in with ad’s celebrating their Centenary👍

…Hunslet works at Tyseley Depot in the West Midlands. He has become a star on Twitter as he goes about his work with his human colleagues, maintaining the Class 323 fleet.
