London has seen little of Jack Frost’s icy fingers so far this year. Only one morning of snow flakes that melted almost before they touched the ground and a couple of heavy frosts. Perhaps January and February will bring colder, fresher, weather and the delights of a crunchy landscape?
First photo taken by unknown Post Office official photographer.Second photo taken by Leonard Burt and initially published in the Financial Times. I have tried to contact the photographer to seek permission to post this shot that I bought a print of from the Financial Times but I have been unsuccessful. Should the photographer request its removal I shall be happy to comply.
