Cee is sadly absent at present because her partner is seriously ill. This would have been the challenge last week and I had a bit of a different approach planned. After some thought, I decided to post this because I hope it’ll cheer Cee and Chris up – perhaps give them a laugh in their current circumstances…
Some years ago we had a young guy playing for us called Tony – no C there then… He got a bad injury that ended his playing career but it opened a new door to becoming a Coach – oops! there’s a C ๐ He was with us for a couple of years as player and coach and he and I were good friends then and now. This is Tony (in grey) chatting about Coaching strategies…
Tony went on to far bigger things and I think that’s a great example to us all that anything is possible even when life takes a bad turn ๐๐
So why would this photo have been in my selection for Cee’s ‘Letter C at the middle of a word’ Midweek Challenge? What I haven’t told you is that Tony is a born and bred Australian – That makes him a Socceroo ๐ There’s your middle of the word c’s๐ Hope you enjoyed this post – I Wish Chris and Cee a swift return to normality๐
I’m sorry to hear that Cee and Chris are facing a health challenge at this time. I think your clever interpretation of the letter “C” was a very (c)lever (c)choice, too! And Cee and Chris also begin with the letter C so this was a winner all around. ๐
Wonderful coaCh photo. This won’t publish until tomorrow morning. ๐
I didn’t think you’d have the time Cee – I hope Chris is doing well ๐๐

Thanks Debra ๐๐ Cee has decided to run this CMMC this week instead of last, so I will get to have a proper go at it ๐
I still couldn’t work out who Tony was
Light grey top with the letters AL – looks a bit like a pilot talking about a dogfight๐
I worked that out. What is his last name?
