Last on the Card – July 2021

Here is my entry for Brian’s Last on the Card Challenge.

This first shot was taken with the Canon EOS5D mkIII on 31st of July at a pre-season friendly game between Wingate & Finchley FC and Chesham united FC…

…It became the last shot on the card because the rain that you can see in the photo suddenly became a lot heavier and I didn’t see much point in getting myself and the camera soaked for shots of a friendly match.

This second shot was taken before the match on the Fujifilm X-Pro2 and shows a plaque mounted on the wall of the main stand at the ground…

…It lists the names of all the supporters and friends of the club that donated money to help the club stay solvent during the first COVID-19 lockdown. The plaque is straight – my hand holding is not 😉

Both shots have been resized for the web but no other adjustments have been made.
