I never know if these count as a dark red – the first is an EWS liveried locomotive and it’s definitely a ‘dull’ red…

…But I’m pretty sure LMS / British Railways Maroon (sometimes called Crimson Lake) counts as Dark’ when it comes to reds…

…And then there’s our Wingate & Finchley away kit from a couple of years ago…

…I just wish I had some shots of the Chrysanthemums I used to grow with the red and gold petals – maybe something to look forward to as I replant the garden… 🙂

A video today of a drive in my DAF XF106.460, ‘Azyet’, pictured here at the end of a previous delivery…

…It’s a short night run, so the traffic on the roads is light. However, the single carriageway road between Kiel and Travemunde has some twists and turns so we need to pay attention 😉 Video is 17min’s in length…

This image asks the question – just what counts as Violet…

…because this First livery is a sort’ve reddish blue which puts it in that area but – when the light catches it different… ???

No doubts on this one though – My good friends Uno helping out with purple once again…

And it can’t be a Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge without a flower of some sort…

…of course – if this was spring in the UK I’d be able to show the Wild Violets that inhabit my garden 🙂
