Selfie……Alasdair and I look pretty small reflected in the glazing of the Maremagnum Centre in Barcelona’s port area. Everything looks somewhat broken too 😉

As an aside, and I don’t know if my fellow photographers share my experience, I can’t remember how many times I’ve been walking through a tourist area with a camera slung round my neck only for a vendor to try to sell me a selfie-stick.  It really isn’t going to fit is it! 😉

These images were taken on Sunday 20th August……Inevitably there were many members of the press present covering visits by dignitaries and general background……The Police were present in numbers from the different forces – In this case members of the Guàrdia Urbana de Barcelona… …And people were expressing their support with candles, flowers, prayers, applause and graffiti 🙂
