    1. LoL – No… Though I could probably cover all the colours in bus and coach form around Trafalgar Square in a day! Here’s some more detail for you. Red = taken in Oxford 2012: Orange = Skipton in 1979: Yellow = Mill Hill, London, in 2010: Green = Ipswich in 1982: Blue = East Finchley (home) in 2013: Indigo = Oxford in 1981: Violet = Enfield in 2010. So a mix of ancient and modern πŸ™‚

      1. Oh Wow. This reminds me to be more conscious of my surroundings so I can take great pictures like you. You must have a HUGE file of photos in your computer πŸ™‚

      2. Thank you for the kind compliment πŸ™‚ I have probably close on 35000 images sitting on the pc and the same again on a storage drive. But around 40% of the ones on the pc are throw away shots from football matches and probably need to be culled. My older shots from the 1970-90 period are scans from Colour-slides. My best advice is always carry a camera with you! Of course, having an intended subject to photograph also helps πŸ˜‰

    1. Thank you πŸ™‚ In the UK transport is provided by a mix of private and publc companies. Each paints its vehicles to advertise its services. So we have many different coloured vehicles on the streets. As I joked with Abby above… I could probably have achieved photographing the 7 rainbow colours on a single day around Trafalgar Square in London but these shots were taken over a number of years in many locations. It also helps that I am transport enthusiast! πŸ˜‰
